I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Austin, TX)
Interview
I started through a temp agency years ago in customer support. Worked my up through the company and transferred into finance. At Dell (and probably most companies?) once you have your foot in the door the interview is about as useful as your appendix. Getting jobs is all about developing a strong personal network and marketing yourself. It's all about who and what you know. Lots of opportunity for advancement.
