Interviewed at a NSHMBA hiring conference. Talked to one associate who then asked me to schedule another interview the next day. The questions were very typical, but the interviewer, a director, was very detailed oriented, and asked many clarifying questions to see how my answer fit what his group was looking for. Be honest and find technical answers for non-technical experience (i.e. How travel abroad added value numerically to my experience). I was then offered another phone interview with another manager who asked similar questions.
