Interview
Its a 2 round process. First, with the India team heads(2 members). Once they approved, second round with the Global team heads(2 members). Both rounds were through Skype. Lastly, the HR team contacts with the confirmation.

Question 1
First round is to test your basic subject knowledge on the subject and your understanding about the firm. Questions are mostly direct and good preparation will help you through it.
Second round, is to find out how apt you are for the role. The interviewers turned out to be my (future)boss. Questions were to analyse language skill, attitude and compatibility with the team.
We started off with an initial screen. They described there being a few extra steps after this but I did not proceed to them. The initial screen was mostly about background and a little about me.

Bad interview experience with their hiring manager.
1. The interviewer was late for 30+ mins, and no apology, even any excuse.
2. He never turned on the camera because he was working from home. (???) I felt I was talking to air.
3. Ask weird questions, and self-talk
4. After 20 mins, the interview's supposed to be ended (but he's late for 30+ min already!)
Never had such a negative and irresponsible interview before.
