The process was long and exhausting. The Talent Acquisition scout was very helpful in keeping me in the loop. I applied for one position, had all three interviews: phone screen, 1:1 with hiring manager, then panel interview. However, that position was offered internally, and I was told they would like to interview me for a different position, which was much higher. I still had to go through another group panel interview!

Standard process . Greeted by receptionist where I was directed to the waiting room . I had two different managers conduct back to back interviews where they discussed in detail the role and expectations . They then went through my CV and asked questions on my previous work experiences and qualifications.
