Interview
Phase1, a codility test that has 2 problem solvign questions.
Phase2, first technical interview covering Supervised and unsupervised learning and data cleaning and deep learning.
Phase3, second technical interview covering oop , data strutures, design concepts and one problem solving question.
Phase4, non technical interview.

Question 1
Q: describe a supervised machine learning model and how it works under the hood.
First step is to have a recruiter call in which they will assess your interest in the job and will give an idea of daily work. They will also give you an idea of next interview processes. Then the detailed technical interview may cover coding as well as oral session.
3 stages.
Deep dive on 2–3 key projects
Discussion of business problem → approach → trade-offs → impact
Light technical probing (not LeetCode style)
Stakeholder management and ownership
Structured thinking under ambiguity
Ability to connect data → decision → action
