The recruiter missed the first phone screen and scheduled the second one over lunch with less than an hour of notice. After passing the initial screen, a first-cut call was scheduled with an engineering director. He dialed in a few minutes late, was not prepared and in a big hurry, and rushed through a speed-round of questions. He cut an hour session short at 35 minutes with "I want you on-site for an interview" and "if you don't hear from a scheduler in a couple of days, call me". Days passed - no response to calls/emails. After a week, the recruiter sent an email apologizing for being non-responsive due to vacation and gave me the brush-off.
