They’re looking for confident people. Just convey that you’re an easy person to strike up a conversation with. If you can’t do that, this job isn’t for you. You don’t have to be super knowledgeable on tech, you will pick it up over time by listening to your coworkers and getting coached.

Interview

I've applied online and the HR team contacted me 2-3 weeks after I applied. I had a first interview with an HR recruiter and another interview with one of the managers. Those were held a week apart and after a month I received the feedback.

Great interview format: phone then group interview. They found me on Linkedin and approached me so the negotiaion was easier. I felt the field was level and I came from an advantageous point.
