I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
Interview process is highly time consuming at Pitney Bowes. Had to wait 6 hours for a 45 minute interview. No direct access to the HR. Reception person co-ordinates all appointments.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX) in May 2011
Interview
The process was fairly straight forward. Getting started was the hard part. I met several team members at a conference and was recruited by them. However, the process slowed a snails pace. They were interested and so was I, but many emails went unanswered. Once the human relations coordinator was in place the process became very smooth.
I went through several layers of phone interviews including HR, hiring manager, director, and design peers. They then invited me to visit Round Rock, TX for an onsite all day interviews. The onsite interview day started with meeting the hiring manager face to face, who then passed me off through a series of manager, director and peer interviews. It made for a long and tiring day.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Austin, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
Very good first interview over the phone. The questions were straight to the point and trying to find more about my set of skills. I learned more about the position and its responsibilities. The second interview, the woman was rude and in a hurry, she didn't ask too many questions and left half the conversation.
