Dell Technologies interview questions

I had two interviews, followed by several weeks of no communication, so I continued looking for work. Finally, after about a month and a half, the manager finally contacted me to tell me that I was hired. I did not actually begin work for another two weeks. To this day, I still don't understand what the hold up was.
