Scanning call with recruiter as a first step, meeting the hiring manager as next step. Meeting pears as third step to ask questions and lastly a panel interwiew. Lastly they called with a offer.

Interviewer was not trying to get an overall view about me. Instead she insisted asking multiple questions from a very short period of my career. My impression was that it is not a ideal company for personal career development.
