I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I took part in a university-organized info panel then interviewed for the internship. The interview itself was with someone very high up and it didn't really seem like he cared to be there. The interview was pretty bland and the interviewer barely looked at me the entire time.

Interview
This process was fairly straightforward, where you had a few 1x1 interviews as well as a role play that simulated a customer situation. All occurred within a single day and follow ups less than a week later which made it clear and simple.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2024
Interview
I expect a structured interview process that allows for a thorough understanding of both the role and the company culture. Ideally, the process would include an initial phone screen or virtual interview to discuss my qualifications and alignment with the role. This would be followed by technical assessments or case studies to evaluate my problem-solving abilities and proficiency in the required skills, such as SQL and Python. Finally, I anticipate one or more interviews with team members or leadership to explore how my experience and approach align with the team's goals and the company’s overall mission. I value clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
