Dell Technologies interview questions

After the screening process, 1st stage interview consist of 5 questions that you can prepare for before the interview as it is provided before you start recording the video. Hence, you can prepare before actually recording the video.

1. Recruiter called to discuss experience and skills. 2. Technical interview with 2 principal engineer. Typical programming questions and some question about problems faced in a team and how to overcome it. Also discuss about technology used within the team. 3. Interview with hiring manager. Very casual conversation. Discuss about team's direction and is it align with my personal direction. 4. Recruiter called back and made an offer. All happened in timeframe within 1 month. Overall, very casual interviews. Everyone really friendly and given good impression of the team and company.
