Don't waste your time!! 1) Pre-call w/ recruiter 2) Video recording interview questions 3) 3-hour interview with some of the worst human beings on Earth. The active salespeople were the only ones that seemed "alright". Maybe Dell needs to look at their sales managers when it comes to layoffs that occur every 6 months.

Was asked a series of generic questions but overall was being evaluated off my personality and if I was a good fit for the role. They wanted to see how I answered the questions and if I was enthusiastic and easy to talk with or if I was more difficult to communicate with.
