Dell Technologies interview questions

Two rounds of interview one with the recruiter and one with the manager. In the second interview a recent employee also joins it, it takes a long time. They do not ask anything technical or study related, it is more to understand if your background and characteristics fit the position. I was not chosen from the last two candidates because I had a technical background and they told me I fit the technical sales better.

In the Inside Sales interview process, I went through three different rounds: first, I had a conversation with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a discussion with the director.
