The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Taipeh)
Interview
The overall experience was awkward in many ways and felt off. The job title, description and location (went from local to relocation to another country) changed over the course of the pre-interview discussions. The interview itself started delayed, while the hiring manager was not there. He just joined later, but wasn't really talking or asking at all. The topics and questions itself were easy to connect with, though after the interview finished, I think both sides were not interested in further cooperation.

These rounds assess your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit within the company.

The interview process can have multiple rounds, which might include a written round, technical rounds, and an HR round.

It was a face to face interview and they just do formal interviews they do not decide on the skills they just predecide and open the req for a particular person
