They asked me about myself and then gave me a link to an OA after a brief talk. The screening was easy. I did talk a lot about the roles and the direction Dell was heading as well as some technical details like Dell servers and stuff.

Interview
The interview process was on-site. Due to the urgency of the hiring, many candidates were there for the interview and we had to wait a long time before we were called for further rounds. Overall the experience was good in the morning, but due to the long wait times, I would rate it average. The position was for a Java Senior developer, and detailed questions were asked regarding Core Java, Spring Boot, Multithreading/Concurrency and Microservices.
