Dell Technologies interview questions

Dell has a rigid technical peer review where everyone is asked the same questions followed by a manager interview. The interview is generally fairly simple but does help weed out those that do not belong.

It was a 1:1 interview process. It was out in the open, by the elevators, and wasn't that private. I was told later my resume stunk. I received a series of questions about different scenarios in the systems engineering organization, and how I would handle issues. The one I remember is one where it was "what would i do if a application team wanted two servers to test on" I answered with VM's for a test period.
