Dell Technologies interview questions

The Interview Process was fairly straight-forward. They were basically looking to hire people for their new R&D wing in Bangalore. The one thing they expected from all the candidates was good analytical reasoning. Technical skills were checked but not to the extent one would expect. Reasoning questions were the norm.

Great experience, very friendly and casual interview process. Felt they were really looking to get a feel for your personality as well as your broad thinking and strategic reasoning behind problems you had solved in the past, more than just a few technical questions. They do give you some take home work to fill out to assess your technical chops, just an excel to fill out for adjusting / planning a search campaign based on keywords etc.
