Three in all. Screen w Human Resources and two with the hiring manager. In the second interview with the hiring manager,it was obvious he didn't want to be there, and he was unprepared.... almost as if he wasn't sure what we were supposed to talk about. Very odd.
There's 2 steps of the interview. The first is a "casual chat" to get to know the roles, scopes, culture. This is followed with the 2nd "technical interview" to gauge of critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative skills.
