Dell Technologies Principal Software Engineer interview questions

Bangalore has great distances to cover. Written test should have been converted to Online test with Web Cam feature. This filerting should have been done as it saves time for candidates. Further on the day of Interview , DEll had some Employee Engagement program causing availablity of Panelist further delaying the process. At the end Inteviewer does not do justice to candidates coming later in the day. Also there was no protocol as who should send rejection message to employees. In standard case , only HR should communicate. Here , inteviewer out of digust of so many candidates , would have said that. Nothing personel but anyways you can not show such a dejection to candidate. May be he is prepare less. !!!! and should not be a matter of judgement
