Got my resume accepted, then was my first interview, but failed, should I've passed there was supposed to be the second one with the board of directors then employed if everything went well. When I submitted my resume, they answered in 3 days. I guess if they don't like your resume they wouldn't answer.

Question 1
Talk about my resume and asked specific questions of why I would make such decisions in the moment. They asked me about whom I respect and I answered Steve Jobs because of his thinking of changing the world, however, they told me that Micheal Dell, the CEO of Dell had long rivalry with Steve Jobs when he was alive and told me that Dell's direction was toward pragmatism instead of progressivism.

2 rounds . Straight forward and conducted in professional manner
Took few weeks and get all the process completed. Easy to follow process.
Interview with few different management people. They usually ask you to do a example / role play of a past sales.

Searched for and applied for a position online.
Was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview which we went ahead and did at that time.
Recruiter lined up an onsite interview immediately following the phone screening.
Interviewed with a panel of three managers who all seemed distracted/disinterested (this is a cultural thing) and was provided no real feedback.
Be prepared to talk about your technical knowledge, sales acumen, and how you're different. If you throw a canned answer at one of the managers, be prepared to have a long/hard interview. They're primarily looking for you to be honest and show you can sell by selling yourself.
Was sent an offer a few days later contingent on background check and drug screen.
