Dell Technologies Senior Advisor interview questions

I went through two rounds of interviews with the hiring managers and a team member. The interviews were pleasant. The nightmare was trying to get the interview status from them. I was ghosted by the recruiting team and the interviewer. After I did not hear from them after round two for a week, I sent a message to my assigned recruiter through their recommended messaging portal, waited another week then sent the whole recruiting team an email, no one responded to me. I also emailed one of the interviewers to follow up on the status, no response! I feel disrespected and feel like I wasted my time. Both the interviewer and the recruiting team were very unprofessional and damage Dell brand. I would expect more from this company. What a disappointment!

2 levels of Technical round was available 1st round completely technical which was telephonic 2nd round at Management level which was through video conference Next was the HR interview on Salary discussions Once the above is done offer was released
