The interview was done by a interview panel that was straight to the point, knowledgeable, and Relaxed. The Panel consisted of the Manager, a Team Lead, and work Peer. That gaged not only my technical knowledge and skills but my resourcefulness and personality to make sure I was a good fit for the team.
