Dell Technologies Senior Design Architect interview questions

Fairly streamline. After phone interviews flew out to meet team and did not expect an entry level interview/treatment for a senior level job. Generally, the interview went as expected, however, one team member was unnecessarily discourteous and arrogant - that was a turn off. I'm surprised Dell still has an interviewing model where you never hear a word from them again if not a fit, even after you invest a lot of time and energy and they spend thousands on travel expenses in the process.
