Dell Technologies Senior Software Developer interview questions

total is 4 interviews, first is a 15mins phone call, after that, it's a tech interview (coding) and tech interview (projects). and finally hr salary nego. i find it very slow for them to process the interviews. it takes me 3 weeks from the first to the second interview.
