Dell Technologies Software Engineer interview questions

Reached out to by a recuiter for the EMC location. They were a no show for the first call. Scheduled a virtual onsite after. Tried to call to reschedule as i had a conflict. Recruiter was unreachable, called several times and emailed. Interview time came and it made me look like a no-show instead. Hiring manager actually called me asking where i was. Very disorganized and for low pay for Boston area (110k-140k)
