Virtually applied and went through a zoom interview with a very helpful and insightful current employee. Asked good questions which interviewers usually don't ask which I thought was very interesting.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2021
Interview
Initially there was a screening call by HR followed by
Round 01 - Coding Assessment in which certain API logics should be written. Quite challenging
Round 02 - Technical Interview by two persons which was too friendly and tested if the candidate would be suitable for the project by asking few technical questions
Round 03 (Final round) - The very next day of the technical interview got a call for Managerial round of interview which was also too friendly and shared lots of information. Tested how an Individual can contribute to that team.
Both the round of Interviews lasted for an hour.
Finally, after 10 days got a call from HR stating that "Congratulations, You are selected. we are pleased to offer you a job"
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Hopkinton, MA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Fairly straight-forward. Had a phone conversation with the Hiring Manager just going over my experience and resume. Was given an onsight interview shortly after, where I interviewed with a manger from QE, and another Director, and finally again with the Hiring manager where he went over the specific role requirements and responsibilities, and at the end asked me to solve a very simple problem on the whiteboard.
