Dell Technologies Technical Support Engineer interview questions

To begin, The Dell India facilities at EGL Bangalore are quite dismal. Compared to other MNCs, the building as well as the approach to the building are quite a let down. The interview rooms are mosquito infested, which is surprising but true. The recruitment team don't make things any better as I was made to wait for hours before I was interviewed by the panel. Instead of finishing all the interview rounds on the same day, I was asked to come down the next day for the final round. This was very inconvenient as I was serving my notice period but somehow I did manage to turn up the next day and was made to wait for long hours again before the round could be conducted. The final round went well for me and after that I was made to wait a couple of hours again before being informed that the position I had successfully interviewed for, was now closed and I could only be accommodated in the next batch, however, they would not give me any definite joining dates and did unsympathetically confirm that this could take a few months to come through at the least. At the end of it all, I had wasted two days at their office and cleared all the interview rounds only to be told that I wouldn't be accommodated or even be given any offer letter or an estimate on date of joining. I've been following up for a joining date since the last two weeks but the hiring staff mostly don't answer emails or calls and despite assuring updates several times, have not provided any. The experience was quite negative and I hope this review helps them fix things so that others don't have to suffer what I and a couple of others have been put through.

A very good Experience with the Dell Team on the Interview Day. they greet you well. Selection Process: 1. GD 2.HR 3.Manager Round 4. Telephonic Round They basically judge you on your personal and communication Skills , if these are good then you will be selected. All in All a good Experience!!
