Dell Technologies Technical Support Expert interview questions

I went through 4 different rounds when I joined Dell in February 2010. I had my first round with HR who validated me with respect to my communication primarily. Then I went through technical round with one of the SMEs from the process which I was interviewing for. I cleared the round and then was asked to face another round of interview with an Operations Manager that was for a good 90 Minutes which I cleared as well. Finally I was asked to attend the last round which was known as Versant round which I cleared with 86% against the minimum of 75%. I was offered a job as I cleared all these rounds.

They took 4 round of interview. 1st was Tekephinc interview : '' tell me something about yourself '', ''how much you make from your last employer '', ''what are your salary expectations'' and '' why you left your last Organisation ''. 2nd was HR round asking the same question, '' tell me something about urself '',etc . 3rd was the Management round. The manger of the Team they are lokking forward to hire you for would ask you some questions like '' why Dell'', '' what can you contribute here '', '' why should we be you ''. 4th was the last round next to a System testing your listening and concentration.
