Deloitte Advisory Manager interview questions

Interview process was fair. Completed 5 interviews. It was a mix of technical and behavioral. You have to be prepared for anything, no set format. Interviewed with Managers, Senior Managers, Partners

I interviewed for Advisory Manager in October 2016. I was contacted by the Deloitte recruiter on LinkedIn, I did not apply for this position. Unfortunately that vacancy went on hold at the time. I was not informed about this then. No communication, no email, I was left wondering what happened. Fast forward a year, and the position opened up again. I was contacted by Deloitte recruiter to interview again. After two weeks I was told I was not a good fit (without any interviews). It amazes me because my profile has only became much better than when I interviewed last time, and I was contacted by Deloitte themselves, not the other way around. If I was not a good fit, they should not have asked me to interview again. Disappointed. Will never interview with them again.
