I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2015
Interview
One day interview process, first interview is with a manager/senior manager, then second interview is with a partner or director. They say the first interview is the most important one and the second one (partner/director) is quick chat to check you are a personal/cultural fit, and the first one is more of an overview of your experience. Personally I felt I bombed the first interview, interviewer seemed disinterested and just picked through my CV. Second interview went really well - had a great conversation with the director and ended up chatting far past the allocated time, I believe this is why I got the offer. Interviewing as a college student the interview was quite general, an overview of your experience, why you want the job etc. I imagine if an experienced hire it would be more nuanced about your specific skills or capabilities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Hyderabad)
Interview
The interview process was smooth, starting with a Versant test, then a general screening with recruiter. Finally in the technical round, I was asked in detail about my work experience and many behavioral questions. A week later HR negotiated about the salary and joining date.
