Deloitte Analyst interview questions

I applied online after a on-campus recruitment session. Two days after, I did the first round of interview on the phone with the recruiter. Basic questions on skills and motivation. The recruiter then invited me to the second round, i.e. a group case interview in their office. He told me that he would call me in a few days to give me the exact details of the interview. He never did. The group interview still took place, although I had practiced for a week. Most likely that I was on the first round list by mistake. I've been told by many consultants who work there that their HR department is a MESS!! Thanks Deloitte for making me literaly lose my time and energy! I sure don't want to work for a company that invites people to interviews and then stalls them!! The main take-away is: if a recruiter calls you, make sure he's being serious because apparently they don't know what they're doing!!

It was a very professional experience. The first round interview was a phone screening. The second round interview was the final round and they invited the interviewees to Chicago. The treated us very professionally. Their were a lot of standard behavioral questions with a few trickier ones. There were about 6 interviews on the final day.
