Deloitte Assistant Manager interview questions

Firstly online aptitude and English test answered through telephone and laptop. Secondly technical interview by one of the managers or senior managers or directors. Thirdly partner round where general likes and dislikes were asked and 'Why Deloitte' types of questions were asked for formality

The interview process was ok. Initially a Phone interview (basic, HR asking about experience, expectations, salary etc). First stage interview with the director was competency based and included a general conversation, understanding about the position and what I felt like I could bring to the team. Second stage interview with the partner, again similar format.
