Standard industry questions—engaged interviewer who was present and attentive during our interactions, although there was a degree of remove that likely was due to just how many people they need in the first place.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were in conflict work a coworker and how you resolved that conflict.
Questions were very doable as long as you are a good team worker and able to put up with the long hours during peak season. No technical questions were asked, but would be good to know the basics of the IFRS just in case!
Two rounds of interviews. The first one being conducted by HR the second one is a technical one with business function employees who are more senior one will ask behavioural questions the other will ask technical questions
