Deloitte Asst Manager interview questions

I joined at senior associate level (year 2) and I was referred by a Deloitte employee. There was an informal chat with a partner, then a formal, competency based interview, followed by another informal interview which the interviewer admitted was useless and HR made him do it. Internal recruitment team are USELESS, will mess things up or slow everything down, confuse dates, or won't come back to you so try to bypass them if you can.

Long Hiring Process- Lasted for close to 3 months. Total rounds including versant and vantage - was 6. People are very friendly and approachable. Open door policy is awesome- once don't need to think twice meeting with any leader or professional.
