After the OA, the interviewee will be invited to a group interview, followed by an HR interview. During the group interview, candidates are asked to form a team and are given a booklet with a business case. The group discussion is timed, and a good candidate is supposed to take on a role during the process to demonstrate leadership, communication skills, and teamwork. After discussing the case, the team presents their solution to address the business problems.
Following the group interview, the HR interviewer will ask behavioral questions related to the candidate's performance during the group session. If successful, the interviewee will be invited to the partner interview, which serves as the final round.
