I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Davenport, IA) in Mar 2016
Interview
There were two interviews back to back. One with a Senior manager that was great. My encounter with the partner sucked. He did not look me in my eyes when shaking his hand and greeting him. As a professional that's the number #1 thing you should know. I felt he was racist and judge me the moment he saw my skin color. He seem disinterested in my answers and seem as if he did not want to interview me. After emailing him and thanking him for the interview I never received a response. I was always told Davenport, Iowa was very racist so I guess I should of expected this treatment. Being a black woman is hard interviewing in this field.
