First interview was on campus, lead by human resources personnel. The questions were typical job entree questions where you answer how suitable you are for the job. The second interview was with one of the Partners. The partner interview was weird as the partner only looked at the list of questions given by the HR, and asked them one by one. Did not feel there was a human in front of me, questioned myself if I ever want to be someone like him.

1. aptitude test to screen out some inabilities. Just be yourself. The test report is confidential but it consists of several parts include your maths skills, degree of logical thinking, whether you match well with the core value of DTT and some issues related to loyalty. The calculation is quite complicated and no need to know how they analyse the data collected. Just take it easy.
2. then group interview with 2 examiner (one is HR staff, one is senior or manager), group interview includes case study, group discussion and presentation. Questions are data-based. Be more aggressive and pretend to be a talkative person with leadership.
3. Final interview. One to one interaction with partners. (mostly 1, sometimes 2)

5. If accept it, start working in Sept or January. Two batch every year.
