This interview was part of the on-campus public accounting internship recruiting process. Candidates attended a pre-interview dinner the night before with other candidates, interviewers, and Deloitte employees. The next day, interviews were held on campus. I arrived and two Deloitte employees interviewed me. It felt like a good cop-bad cop situation and I did not feel comfortable in this interview.

Got referred into the firm. Asked for resume and academic experience and how long I would be able to work. Then some very basic behavioral interview question. Just prove to them you are a fast learner and are capable to work with groups. Then the offer should not be a problem. Additionally, for large company like deloitte, it is pretty easy to get in when you have a referral.
