Interview
Group interview, it was a first step of the hiring process.First, the partner introduced the company with a brief presentation, then listened to our questions about it. Then we were asked to discuss a business case together and find a common solution in fifteen minutes, we had a timer placed on the table and the HR was present during the discussion, but silent. We had to fake we were a team from the consulting division and we had to read silently a short page explaining the case proposed by the costumer corporation before starting. Last, we had to complete a written test of general english, consisting of multiple chioses and testing our reading and use of english skills.
