Firstly, a warm greeting from three of employer. I was asking why am I the best candidate for Deloitte. The whole process of interview is base on what leadership experience, teamwork experience, weakness you have in the past. Especially asking how do I overcome the weakness and what did you learn after the you go through it. Lastly, the most important question that is what contribution you did to your team and what role are you in this team.

The interviewer was friendly and the experience was not stressful at all. It was a one to one interview with a manager. He asked many questions based on what was written on the CV.
