Was very basic. Simple interview questions, mostly behavioral. The interviewer mostly made it a conversation and just wanted to know about who I was. It was one on one and it was about a 30 minute interview. I had an on campus interview and wasn't asked back for an office interview.

Had pre-night social event and met the manager at the event.
Very nice people. Be sure to prepare behavioral questions and practice a lot before you go. Also prepare good questions because the partner left 15 mins for me to ask questions.

J'ai postulé pour un poste de stagiaire en audit chez Deloitte à la Défense. Pour un stage de césure.
Après une petite attente dans un salon du "36", la responsable du recrutement nous a expliqué le déroulement :
- test d'anglais
- entretien avec un(e) sénior
Le test d'anglais consiste à répondre à des questions sur l'ordinateur pendant un temps imparti. Les questions sont assez compliquées ("comment dit-on écorce d'arbre ?"), et balaye le vocabulaire, la grammaire, et la conjugaison.
Après le test, auquel on reçoit notre note immédiatement, on se rend dans un bureau avec un auditeur sénior. Personnellement, elle ne m'a posé aucune question piège, elle avait simplement envie de savoir mon parcours, mes motivations, pourquoi l'audit. C'était plus un échange qu'un entretien classique. J'en ai donc profité pour la questionner sur son parcours, son quotidien etc..
Au final tout s'est très bien passé.
Il ne faut pas hésiter à poser des questions à la personne vous faisant passer l'entretien, ils apprécient généralement.
