I was recruited from my college by the talent manager. She was the sweetest woman ever. SOO nice and down to earth and easy to talk to. On my interview day, they had younger employees greet us and talk to us while we were waiting to be called in. They were all so friendly and nice. I interviewed with two partners, 30 minutes each, and it was mostly just a chat about myself and my interests. They were very nice and not intimidating.

Firstly, a warm greeting from three of employer. I was asking why am I the best candidate for Deloitte. The whole process of interview is base on what leadership experience, teamwork experience, weakness you have in the past. Especially asking how do I overcome the weakness and what did you learn after the you go through it. Lastly, the most important question that is what contribution you did to your team and what role are you in this team.
