1st round: Two 45-minute on-campus interviews with consultants who had been at the firm for a few years. Both began with a few minutes of traditional resume questions (tell me about yourself, give me your elevator pitch) and then transitioned into a discussion about a previous client engagement.
2nd round: Three case studies with senior managers at the office. The cases were mostly qualitative--if there were numbers involved they were very basic and only used to show a general trend.

1st round- 30 min behavioral (very simple and general questions), 30 min case- very simple. 2nd round- 60 min case- much more difficult on the second day (built in quantitative that goes very in-depth).
