Deloitte Business Technology Analyst interview questions

I applied through college or university. The process took around 4 weeks - 2 weeks after resume submission, interview invitation was out, and the whole interview process took two days on campus. The first round of interview is 30 mins behavior and 30 mins case. The behavior one focus a lot about teamwork, due to the nature of Consulting work. Prepare with the scenario such that working with person with difficult personality, how you work with people from different background, what is your role in the team project. My advice for this part is to relax yourself, be confident, and tailor your leadership/teamwork experience well. They want to see a good culture fit in. The case one is a bit mix with SDLC system development, data management, and interaction with "difficult client". At the night of the first round, you will receive a call if you got the second round. In the second round is a one to one 45 mins interview with partner. It is 80% case 20% behavior. The case one is about ERP system implementation after acquisition. I prepared the two sample case on the Deloitte website, yet it is not that helpful. The advice from the Interview buddy assign from them were super useful. Suggestion for this part is to show your logical analysis for system implementation. Before analyze the case, remember to ask questions about the addition information/background about the case (they expect you to do that!). Then based on the those information, present your suggestion with the your understanding of the system structure. Besides the case, the partner would ask you some behavior question to see if you a nice person to work with. The interview is not easy for me, but the online case is general guide, they do have questions about it, but more question on the way you solve the problem. If you are a STEM major, prepare some database management, it will be super helpful. Around 10 days after the second interview, the offer is released. So anxious before it comes to me! I pretty enjoyed the interview processes because the people I met are pretty nice and professional.
