I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte in Aug 2011
Interview
All applicants were required to take an aptitude test. out of 210 students, 60 were shortlisted (including me). The next round involved dividing the applicants into groups of 10 and each were given a case which resembled a real life situation and after a prep time of 20 minutes, they were asked to present their solution to a panel of judges. Shortlisted students were then interviewed individually by a panel of interviewers and were asked questions (both technical as well as HR). The interviewers were pretty rude and had an air of aloofness. Also, queries directed to them were promptly ignored. My experience with Infosys was much better where the applicants and their opinions were valued and not discarded with blatant disregard.

Describe the process of an android application development
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bengaluru) in Aug 2010
Interview
The first round was a multiple choice aptitude test. The test comprised of three sections, Quantitative ability, Verbal section and Logical Reasoning. Those who cleared the test were asked to come next morning for the next round, which was a case study. We were divided in groups of 6-8 people and each group was given a problem statement, which we were expected to come up with a solution for. Basically it is a test of your presentation and communication skills and ability to work in a team. The people who got through this round advanced to the final round - Personal Interview. Interview was pretty easy going and they asked purely HR questions. Basically the whole process was quite an enjoyable experience for me.
