I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bengaluru) in May 2018
Interview
Interview process was conducted in a very professional, fair manner. For my profile, we had a JAM session (Just a Minute). A topic was given to me, how can technology impact healthcare in the future. I had 30 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to speak. Don't stammer and have good body language/eye contact in this round. Show that you are confident. After some time, results were declared and I was selected for the next round. The next round was Technical/HR. I was asked about my projects, resume, why Deloitte, why consulting, etc. After that results were announced, and I was one among the selected candidates! I attended interviews of 2 previous companies before this. Both of those companies are American MNCs, but their interview process was highly biased and very poor. Whoever was interviewed first were bound to be selected, and those at the last were all rejected. Deloitte on the other hand gave an equal chance to everyone, even if we were the last to be interviewed. Deloitte showed why they are the number 1 consulting company in the world. Can't wait to start working at Deloitte!

Interview
They came to my college for campus recruitments. The OT was pretty much simple. Aptitude questions and English was there as well. We were told that we were gonna have a GD but during the PPT they told us they were gonna have a Just A Minute (JAM) session for USI consulting. After JAM there was a personal interview where they only asked me about my project on my CV. It was more like an HR round for me with very little technical. Overall good experience, you just have to be confident and not utter something stupid.
