I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Feb 2018
Interview
Submitted application online, was contacted by a recruiter. Had a quick conversation on the phone with the recruiter, who then set up another phone call with a manager. After this, went in for a technical interview, and the final round was a behavioural meeting with senior managers. Background check only done if offer is given.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Washington, DC)
Interview
Two part interview: Behavioral and Case interviews. Each were relatively quick and low pressure. Interviews were one on one conducted by managers in the company. Questions were posed to gauge how the interviewee thinks and goes about solving professional and personal problems.

What is the greatest challenge you have ever faced and how did you go about resolving this challenge?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bengaluru) in Jan 2017
Interview
It was an off campus recruitment drive organized by Deloitte Consulting for various profiles in AIM (Analytics and Information Management, SI (System Integration), SAP, AMS (Applications Management System).I received the invitation to attend the interviews from Aspiring Minds based on my past score of the AMCAT when the company came for placements in our college. There were around 100-120 candidates with mostly freshers or 1-2 years of experience.
The day started with group discussion and a presentation based on the given topic. Each group had around 8-10 members from which they shortlisted 1-2 to maximum 3 people based on the quality of the discussion and the presentation skills. At the end of the first round, there were around 30 odd candidates shortlisted for the interview round. The interview took around 20-30 minutes and was conducted by the manager/Senior manager level personnel. It was a pretty straight forward interview with questions mainly focusing on the resume, projects and basic interview questions. The shortlisting took place for the third and final round of versant test. The Versant test is conducted by Pearson through telephone and is based on testing the communication skills like reading, listening, speaking etc. Any person who has basic command over English can easily crack the test. The third and final round concluded.
Few candidates who were exceptional in their interview but missed the versant test by a small score margin were given second chance to clear the test. Then, the HR’s asked for the CTC from previous employers and told the selected candidates to wait for an email confirmation of the result. Within 2-3 days, I received an email asking for the location preference among the four cities of the Deloitte offices and also relevant skills possessed to match the correct profile. After a week or two, I finally received the offer letter from Deloitte.
