I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Nov 2017
Interview
Got selected and got a email for first round that is Case interview on Hirevue with manger.
It was smooth and the experience was good. Was not selected for next round. But the process was clear.

Interview
The process starts way earlier than the interviews. Deloitte was on campus starting in mid-September conducting on-campus info sessions, some more formal than others. I believe that interactions early on greatly factor into their decision of who to bring in for interviews.
The on-campus interview process was two days long. The first round was one 30 minute case and one 30 minute behavior (in no particular order). If successful, Deloitte will call you later that night confirming your second round interview (it was the next day for me). The second round consists of a longer, more involved case interview (~1 hour). I also met with a partner for a second 30 minute behavioral interview, since I didn't interview with one the first day (they like everyone to have a partner/principal/director interaction).
The recruiter will call you sometime within 2 weeks with verbal offers and further directions.

Interview
I interviewed on campus and there were 2 parts. I first completed the case interview, and then behavioral. I consider myself to be generally self aware, and thought I definitely killed the behavioral. I was a little iffy about the case interview, however I didn't think it went terribly. My interviewer however, was incredibly difficult to understand, as the way that he described the case was with random and somewhat incoherent statements. I tried my best to understand the case, but had to ask many follow-up questions. I had to also ask him to clarify what he was saying a few times. Looking back, that may have been used against me. I have successfully completed other case interviews, and I don't think I changed much about my style.
