There were 4 rounds.
The first one was a resume screening. They had guaranteed that the resume would be evaluated by a person and not using AI.
Then there was a motivational interview conducted via Hirevue. Your standard questions like tell me about yourself etc. Again, this was a recorded interview. You were asked a question, given 30 seconds to think about it and a slot of 3 minutes to answer. There were also a couple of written questions to answer which also had around 10 minutes as the time limit. They were expected to be a little more descriptive. One of the questions I was asked - Why Deloitte? And why you (for this role)?
The second round was a technical interview where I was asked hardcore statistics related questions (what is the wilk-shapiro measure? , X-Y axes of ROC curves, metrics for evaluating skewed data etc.) I was also asked basic probability related questions. Finally, you had to orally create a few SQL queries. Again, not that advanced, just using a few aggregate functions. Lastly, I also had to talk about a project I had done.
The final round was a behavioral interview where I was described a scenario and was asked what I would do. For example: What would you do if your client deadlines are definitely not going to be met? How do you handle your manager as well as the client? What would you do to prevent it in the future? Why do you think it happened in the first place?
